I wanted to post these next sessions together due to the fact that these are two really special couples to me. Both Debbie and Brian & Trish and Jason hired me long before their weddings, we did engagement sessions with their dogs, shot their weddings, spent maybe hours together doing their albums and print orders. So it was very special to me when they invited me to continue to document their lives progression as they started families. What I enjoy most about these couples is that they always trust my crazy ass ideas, however crazy !!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for yesterday's photo session. When we selected you to capture our wedding, we knew you were the best person for us. Our wedding pictures are unique, creative and beautiful. Over 2 years later, I am still in awe of your work.
When we found out we were pregnant, there was no doubt that we would ask you to help us document this fabulous time in our lives. What I didn't realize is how I would feel AFTER yesterday's shoot.
Being pregnant is difficult at times. It seems as if my body changes daily and it is sometimes difficult to embrace these changes and to LOVE the changes. But.... I feel so beautiful and sexy and EMPOWERED by yesterday's session.
I appreciate the fact that you spent so much time with us - to get some truly unique shots and to create an environment where I felt comfortable enough to let it all out (almost quite literally!). I know that my body is beautiful and that I have been given a great honor by carrying our son. Thank you for reminding me of that and allowing us to capture it on film.
Can't wait to see them!
Hope you're well,
Trish :)

One of the most personal things for me is visiting people in the hospital after the baby is born .I'm not sure if I gave Debbie and Brian the option I think I told them they HAD to call me when she was born I WAS coming to the hospital (um ...sorry)
Here is a slide show of the hospital using the song that was their 1st dance at the wedding.
What I thought was cool is that they both sent me emails separately thanking me From Debbie: Rebecca,
OMG it's beautiful! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I love it. I looked at it the first time in the middle of the night and sat here watching in tears! I must have watched it 50 times already! You're the best!

Rebecca and her husband Charlie came over on Saturday to do a photo shoot with Genevieve. Of course, our normally happy baby was the most miserable we've ever seen her. I guess she didn't want her picture taken. We went ahead and tortured her anyway.
Rebecca did a fabulous job and was super patient. She sent us four teaser pictures. I can't wait to see the rest! I'm so excited!
